What Our Client Process Looks Like
Here’s a general overview of a typical client process with us which may change depending on your project scope.
Enquiry
Inquiry Form > Discovery Call > Project Proposal
The first step is filling out our inquiry form. Then we’ll reach out to talk about your business goals, needs and how we can help you. After our talk, we’ll put together a custom project proposal. It will cover everything from pricing, deliverables and next steps.
Onboarding
Contract > Invoice > Team Alignment
Once you’re on board with the project proposal, we are ready to get started. We create a custom contract and invoice for you project. After the contract is signed and first invoice is settled, we get aligned on internal and external team expectations.
Execution
Research > Creative Direction > Testing
We’ll conduct research to gain more insights into the problem we are solving for you. Once we have a clear picture, we’ll use this research to strategically design and materialize your ideas. Testing and feedback will be conducted to check viability of the output.
Offboarding
Files Handover > Invoice > Goodbye Kit
Once the final approvals are done, we’ll prepare and handover all the creative collaterals, brand guidelines, editable files and the final invoice. Once the final invoice is settled, we will officially be able to wrap up the project with a little goodbye kit. And that’s it!
